You know it’s great to be alive
and to see you here tonight at another metal show,
after we spent all week living our other lives
just lurking in the shadows.
Why does the world out there seem to be so unaware
of what it is we hold true in our hearts?
But when I see you here tonight, I see the fight in your eyes
I know that Metal is our calling in life.

You see I’ve made this my plight...To give you the reasons to fight. To put your fists in the air because I warn you metal comrades our future’s in danger.

Now I truly believe that the powers that be mean to destroy us if they have their way ‘cause we speak our minds with no fear or regret and we've got the audacity to get in their face, trip peoples minds with our words and rewrite stale ideology and being armed with our metal based on knowledge and truth
we are a threat to the powers that be.

So let’s seek out the truth and let’s back our facts with proof. They’ll try to just brush us off or contain our influence
to diminish our cause. We’ve made metal our plight, and we have the reasons to fight. With metal horns in the air
we stand up for ourselves because it’s now or never.
Yes, it’s now or never.

Now we stand up strong.
Never back down from our cause
to change what must be changed.
You know we may not have that long.


I’m here to speak my mind cause I’m concerned for end times
and I want to put an end to the dangerous ways
of this world bent on pursuing profit and greed and destroying those who get in the way. Singing our metal songs about the end of the world we’ll shout them with our fists in the air.
To initiate change, to challenge failed ways
but you're the only ones who seem to care.

I will defend my freedom and our right to speak.
I’ll motivate the masses and make it look easy.
I’ve said before we may not have that long
we can’t just sit on our hands and bite our tongues
We must make this our mission..to represent.
Call their bullshit out and destroy it with facts,
make change fucken come never hold back.
We will stand up strong and call out what’s gone wrong,
to change what must be changed,
